Hi, I'm Michelle Markman, your Neurodivergent Coach and a late-diagnosed autistic entrepreneur, wife, and mother. Just like you, I've navigated the complexities of life feeling like an alien in a world that didn't quite understand me. It wasn't until my early 30s that I embarked on a journey to discover my true self, embracing my strengths, weaknesses, and unique superpowers. Better late than never, right?

Throughout my life, I strived to be the 'perfect child,' maintaining a facade that would occasionally crack, leading to shutdowns or meltdowns and the inevitable cycle of rebuilding. It wasn't until later in life that I received my autism diagnosis, providing a profound explanation for why I felt like an outsider my whole life. My journey has been one filled with midlife crises (what I now recognize were meltdowns, shutdowns, and burnouts), but now armed with self-awareness, I've embraced the power of my quirky and beautiful self.

A self-proclaimed social butterfly, I've found solace in genuine, authentic connections with others who appreciate me for who I am. Now, I'm on a mission to guide individuals like you—high-masking, high-achieving, late-diagnosed, women—towards unmasking your true selves and cultivating meaningful relationships.
